Doubanjiang and Miso Chicken Stir Fry
- 1 Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Doubanjiang
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Roasted sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, dried sliced garlic
- Combine the miso, doubanjiang, sugar, and sake.
- If you'll be eating it right away, you can do this in a plastic bag.
- This time, I wanted to freeze it, so I mixed the sauce in a container.
- Add dried sliced garlic and the chicken to the marinade.
- Mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade.
- Here is the chicken after I froze and defrosted it.
- Add oil to a frying pan.
- Cook some red pepper flakes and dried sliced garlic.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir fry.
