Doubanjiang and Miso Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Combine the miso, doubanjiang, sugar, and sake.
  2. If you'll be eating it right away, you can do this in a plastic bag.
  3. This time, I wanted to freeze it, so I mixed the sauce in a container.
  4. Add dried sliced garlic and the chicken to the marinade.
  5. Mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade.
  6. Here is the chicken after I froze and defrosted it.
  7. Add oil to a frying pan.
  8. Cook some red pepper flakes and dried sliced garlic.
  9. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry.
  10. When the chicken browns, cover and let steam.
