Warm Ginger-Peach Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix gingersnap crumbs and butter in small bowl; set aside.
  3. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup of the syrup.
  4. Place peach slices in 8- or 9-inch square baking dish.
  5. Pour reserved syrup and milk into medium bowl.
  6. Add dry pudding mix.
  7. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
  8. Pour over peaches.
  9. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  10. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Cool slightly.
