Raspberry Champagne
- 12 cup framboise de bourgogne brandy
- 12 cup brandy
- 12 cup orange liqueur
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 3 lemons, unpeeled
- 5 oranges, unpeeled
- 2 cups raspberries
- 6 (750 ml) bottles champagne, chilled
- Combine Framboise, Brandy, orange liquer, and sugar in a large container and shake/stir to dissolve sugar.
- Slice lemons and oranges and add to the container.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Into a chilled punch bowl place a large block of ice then add the chilled mixture and the raspberries.
- Carefully add the chilled champagne and serve at once.
