Truffles With Spaghetti
- 200 g boiled spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 cup boiled sliced truffle
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- salt
- pepper
- 14 cup chopped parsley
- in a medium pan, heat the oil, fry the minced garlic for a few seconds, add the truffles, cook for a minute, add cream, salt, pepper and parsley, cook for a minute.
- add boiled spaghetti, mix all things together, put in serving plate.
- enjoy.
