Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cream oil and sugar; add in Large eggs and beat.
  3. Add in flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda into mix and vanilla.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
  6. Roll into mix of 2 Tbsp.
  7. sugar and 2 tsp.
  8. cinnamon.
  9. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  10. Bake 8-10 min.
