Baked Whitefish Parmesan Recipe
- 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon package dry onion soup mix
- 2/3 c. Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 4 x 6-oz whitefish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon peanut oil
- Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Combine lowfat sour cream and soup fold in a bowl.
- Combine next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Dip fish into lowfat sour cream mix, then lightly coat with breadcrumb mix.
- Arrange fish in a lightly oiled baking dish.
- Drizzle oil over top.
- Bake about 8 min, till fish is lightly browned.
- Turn and bake another 5 min or possibly till golden brown.
