Baked Whitefish Parmesan Recipe

  1. Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 F. Combine lowfat sour cream and soup fold in a bowl.
  3. Combine next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip fish into lowfat sour cream mix, then lightly coat with breadcrumb mix.
  5. Arrange fish in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  6. Drizzle oil over top.
  7. Bake about 8 min, till fish is lightly browned.
  8. Turn and bake another 5 min or possibly till golden brown.
