Sugar Snap Peas with a Single Herb

  1. Remove the tops from the peas, and pull off the strings.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the peas, keeping the heat fairly high.
  4. Cook quickly for about 1 minute.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and the herb of your choice.
  6. Cook quickly for about 1 minute longer.
  7. Transfer to a bowl and eat as soon as possible, while they are still bright green, puffy, and hot.
