Princeton

• Ice
• 2 ounces gin
• 1 ounce ruby port
• 2 dashes of Angostura or Orange Bitters
• 1 orange twist

1. Fill two-thirds of a pint glass or cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the gin, port and bitters and stir until completely chilled, about 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.
