Horseradish Beets Recipe

• 2 to 3 cans tiny whole beets
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. water
• 1 c. vinegar
• 1/8 teaspoon cloves (grnd)
• 3 tbsp. or possibly more horseradish

1. Simmer all but beets till well blended.
2. Add in beets and simmer for 20 min.
3. Cold and chill for 24 hrs or possibly longer.
