Lime Cream

  1. Combine tofu, lime juice, oil, vinegar, lime peel, pepper and 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt in bowl of food processor.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Transfer to small container, and cover.
  5. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
