Mexican Tuna & Bean Salad

  1. Toast the pita breads.
  2. Once cool, tear into large pieces.
  3. Mix together the beans, avocado, tomatoes, scallions and chili.
  4. Flake the tuna on top of the salad, pour over the salad dressing, then add the crisp pieces of pita.
  5. Mix gently and serve straight away.
