Cajun Horseradish Sauce Recipe

• 4 Tbsp. Horseradish
• 1 c. Lowfat sour cream">cream or possibly Heavy cream">Cream
• 1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
• 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1/4 tsp White Pepper

1. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Blend well, using a whisk.
3. Immediately upon simmer; remove from heat.
