Mandarin Orange Cornish Hens Recipe

• 4 Rock Cornish game hens
• 2 c. seasoned stuffing croutons
• 1/2 c. diced mandarin oranges
• 1/4 c. melted butter
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 1 garlic, clove, crushed

1. Stuff hens with crouton mix.
2. Mix soy sauce and garlic; brush on hens.
3. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done (185 degrees).
4. Baste every 15 min.
5. Serves 4.
