Baked Brie With Cran~Raspberry Sauce and Toasted Almonds
- 1/2 cups Cranberry Sauce, Not Whole Berry
- 1/2 cups Raspberry Preserves
- 1/2 cups Sliced Almonds
- 1 whole (about 5 To 8 Oz. Size) Wedge Or Wheel Of Brie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add cranberry sauce and raspberry preserves.
- Microwave on high for about 45 seconds just until mixable (not liquid).
- Mix well and set aside.
- Heat a small frying pan over medium heat and toast almonds for about a minute.
- Place brie in a glass or stoneware dish and spoon cran-raspberry mixture over top.
- Top with toasted almonds and bake 10 minutes until soft.
- Serve hot with crackers or bread.
