Grilled Cheese Corn & Bacon Croquettes
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cup flour
- 8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 egg
- Preheat griddle to medium heat.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients just until sticky dough forms.
- Shape into 16 small croquettes, using about 2 Tbsp.
- dough for each.
- Grill each croquette 6 min., turning every 2 min., until browned on all sides.
