Mississippi Pan-Seared Catfish
- 1/2 lb Catfish nuggets
- 1 tbsp Barbecue spice rub of your choice
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Simply combine all of the ingredients above and pan sear with 1 tbsp of oil on medium heat.
- Personally, I use nonstick cooking spray.
- Continue to pan sear on medium for 15 minutes.
- This will help give the catfish a certain texture.
- Dig in!
- The serving is meant for 1-2 people, so adjust if a larger crowd is expected.
