Spinach Salad with Shaved Pepato and Pomegranate Vinaigrette

• 4 cups baby spinach
• 1/4 cup sliced almonds
• 1/4 cup sliced red onion
• 1/4 cup shaved BelGioioso Pepato cheese
• 1 recipe Pomegranate Vinaigrette

1. Combine spinach, almonds and onions on plate.
2. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
3. Garnish with cheese.
4. Serve.
