Mexican Chocolate

• 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, finely grated or 1 ounce finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. In small bowl, mix grated or chopped chocolate, sugar, and cinnamon until well blended.
2. Use in recipes calling for Mexican chocolate.
