Mimi's made over fudge pie bars

• 6 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 cup splenda
• 3 tbsp self rising flour
• 1 cup applesauce
• 1/2 cup strong coffee
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 rolled out pie crust (rolled in a square big enough to fit a 9 by 13 baking dish)

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour into pie crust and bake 45 minutes at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean
