Oven-Roasted Turkey Sandwich

  1. For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 Tbsp.
  2. dressing.
  3. Cover 1 bread slice with 1 onion slice, separated into rings.
  4. Top with 3 oz.
  5. turkey, 2 red pepper slices, 1/2 cup spinach and remaining bread slice.
