Roasted Red Pepper Dip

  1. Place all ingredients except crackers in food processor or blender container; cover.
  2. Process until red peppers are finely chopped.
  3. Pour into serving bowl.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve with crackers.
