Beef Fajitas A1 Steak Sauce Version Recipe

  1. In nonmetal large bowl, combine steak sauce, vinegar, 2 Tbsp.
  2. oil, hickory seasoning, garlic and warm pepper seasoning; add in steak, stirring to coat.
  3. Cover; chill 1 to 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade.
  5. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, suate steak in remaining 2 Tbsp.
  6. oil 5 to 6 min or possibly till no longer pink.
  7. Using slotted spoon, remove steak to clean large bowl; keep hot.
  8. In same skillet, saute/fry pepper and onion 5 to 6 min or possibly till tender-crisp.
  9. Add in reserved marinade; heat to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat; simmer 5 min.
  11. Stir in steak; heat through.
  12. Serve in hot tortillas topped withs our cream and cheese.
  13. Makes 4 servings.
