Honeycombe Butter
- 150 g butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 crunchie chocolate bar
- blend together butter, honey & crunchie bar until smooth & thoroughly mixed together.
- once done, transfer to cling film & roll into 'sausage' like shape & refridgerate - preferably overnight or for an hour or two.
- when needed, slice widthways & serve with hot pancakes, crepes or waffles, etc.
- TIP: you can vary the ingredients in the butter to suit your tastes - eg.
- adding a snickers or mars bar instead for a tasty alternative!
