Three Alarm Chili

  1. Combine beef and onions in a stockpot.
  2. Over a moderate flame heat and stir for 15 to 20 minutes, until browned.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, and minced sweet onions.
