Rachael's Negroni

• 2 ounces gin, such as Hendrick's
• 1 to 2 ounces Italian orange-flavored aperitif, such as Aperol
• 1 ounce sweet Italian vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
• Lemon peel
• Ice

1. Add the gin, aperitif, vermouth and lemon peel to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake until blended.
3. Serve neatly in a cocktail glass.
