Memphis Rub
- 1 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp accent (optional)
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Enough for 4-6 Racks of ribs
