Jalapeno Sauce

  1. Prep the vegetables.
  2. Slice the onion.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. Slice the jalapeno, remove the seeds.
  5. Place into hot (medium heat) oiled pan.
  6. Stir until the vegetables soften.
  7. Add the water.
  8. Let cook until water is almost gone (about 20 minutes)
  9. Let the vegetables cool to room temperature.
  10. Place mixture into a blender.
  11. Add vinegar.
  12. Blend.
  13. Pour over a fine sieve.
  14. Let the sauce age for a week before using.
