low calorie corn bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk all wet ingredients together.
  5. Pour wet ingredients in bowl with dry ingredients.
  6. Stir until just combined.
  7. Pour into greased muffin pan, bread pan, or round cake pan.
  8. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  9. I like mine served with butter and a drizzle of honey.
  10. Make syrup is also really good on this.
