Easy Pie Crust
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 can your favorite pie filling (apple, blueberry, cherry, etc)
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Add all ingredients except pie filling in a 9 inch pie pan.
- Stir together with pastry knife or fork until well blended.
- Spread out the crust to the edges of the pan.
- Add pie filling.
- (Make another batch of crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to add on top if desired)
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
