Appalachian Mountain Cobbler Recipe

  1. Mix till smooth the dry ingredients with the lowfat milk and vanilla.
  2. Heat butter in 8 x 10" baking pan.
  3. Pour batter over melted butter.
  4. Place over batter the fruit.
  5. Pour over the top, 1 c. fruit juice.
  6. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 mins.
  7. till light brown.
