Bacon 'n Eggs Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Separate biscuits.
  3. Arrange on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate; press together to form crust.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  5. or until lightly browned.
  6. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium skillet on low heat.
  7. Whisk eggs, milk and pepper until blended; pour into skillet.
  8. Cook 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add cream cheese; cook and stir 3 min.
  11. or until cream cheese is melted and eggs are set.
  12. Spoon egg mixture into crust; top with bacon.
