Kickoff Popper Dip

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Stir in VELVEETA and peppers; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Top with combined cracker crumbs and butter.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. or until heated through.
  7. Top with onions.
