Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine brown sugar and butter in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is creamy.
  4. Add bananas, eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.
  5. Combine flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl.
  6. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until moistened.
  7. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Spoon batter into paper-lined or greased muffin pans.
  9. Bake 18-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pans.
