Margarita Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

  1. Mix tequila, juice, salad dressing mix and oil in cruet or small bowl as directed on envelope.
  2. Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Drain; discard dressing.
  5. Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
  6. Place kabobs on greased grill over hot coals.
  7. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning once.
  8. Serve with rice, if desired.
