Twice Baked Potatoes

  1. Bake potatoes at 400F for 1 hour.
  2. Slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch shells.
  3. Mash potatoes.
  4. Add dressing, sour cream and chives; beat until fluffy.
  5. Spoon into shells; top each potato with 2 oz.
  6. VELVEETA.
  7. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  8. Tip: Add frozen chopped broccoli to potato filling for added flavor and color.
