Twice Baked Potatoes
- 4 baking potatoes Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch with Bacon Dressing
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up, divided
- Bake potatoes at 400F for 1 hour.
- Slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch shells.
- Mash potatoes.
- Add dressing, sour cream and chives; beat until fluffy.
- Spoon into shells; top each potato with 2 oz.
- VELVEETA.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
- Tip: Add frozen chopped broccoli to potato filling for added flavor and color.
