Corn w/ Coconut & Diced Green Chiles

  1. Marinate corn in coconut milk for 4 hours.
  2. Add to saute pan with green chiles.
  3. Season.
  4. Reduce until thickened.
  5. Variations; Cilantro, grilled pineapple, roasted bell peppers or garlic, shallots, onions, butter
