Fricase de Pollo

  1. Put all the ingredients except the pimentos in a Dutch oven on top of the stove.
  2. Over medium heat, bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and cook until the chicken is tender.
  4. Stir in the pimentos.
  5. Serve the fricase over rice.
