Super Easy Marinated Tomatoes and Myoga Ginger

  1. Slice the tomatoes in half and mince the myoga ginger.
  2. In a deep bowl, add the vinegar and sugar.
  3. Mix lightly.
  4. Add the tomatoes and minced myoga ginger, and toss together.
  5. Refrigerate overnight and it's done.
