Spooky Dipped Apples

  1. Insert wooden pop stick into stem end of each apple.
  2. Cover baking sheet with waxed paper; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Cook caramels and water in large saucepan on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted, stirring constantly.
  4. Dip apples in caramel; spoon additional caramel over apples if necessary to evenly coat.
  5. Let excess caramel drip off.
  6. Scrape bottoms of apples; place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Let stand until caramel is set.
  8. Spoon melted semi-sweet chocolate into resealable plastic bag.
  9. Cut small piece from one of the bottom corners of bag.
  10. Drizzle chocolate over dipped apples.
  11. Repeat with white chocolate.
  12. Decorate apples with candy corn.
  13. Refrigerate 5 min.
  14. or until chocolate is firm.
