Shrimp Kabobs

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Combine vegetables with shrimp on skewers and place in shallow pan.
  3. Mix sweet-and-sour sauce with reserved pineapple juice and pour over kabobs.
  4. Grill or broil kabobs for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
  5. Baste often with sauce.
