Zesty Bacon and Parmesan Potatoes

• 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
• 2 lb. small red potatoes (about 9), quartered King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add potatoes; toss to evenly coat.
4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
5. Bake 55 min.
6. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering for the last 15 min.
7. Sprinkle with parsley.
