A.1. Chicken Thighs With Coucous #A1
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 34 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 (10 ounce) packagesmediterranean-style couscous pasta, prepared by steaming for 5 minutes in boiling water
- 10 large spinach leaves, chopped finely
- 14 cup prepared yellow mustard
- Bake chicken thighs at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour, remove from oven and coat evenly with A.1.Sauce.
- In prepared warm couscous, mix the chopped spinach leaves and mustard.
- Serve 2 chicken thighs on top of a mound of the couscous pasta for each entree.
