  1. Bake chicken thighs at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour, remove from oven and coat evenly with A.1.Sauce.
  2. In prepared warm couscous, mix the chopped spinach leaves and mustard.
  3. Serve 2 chicken thighs on top of a mound of the couscous pasta for each entree.
