How to Make Delicious Boiled Chestnuts

  1. Take the chestnuts out of the bag, place in a colander or sieve, wash, and drain.
  2. Put the chestnuts and lots of water in a saucepan.
  3. Turn the heat on, once it comes to a boil, turn the heat down to medium and simmer for 30 minutes until the chestnuts are soft.
  4. Cut in half with a knife and scoop out with a spoon.
  5. Make chestnut cream"All-purpose Chestnut Paste"
