Easy Naan Pizza
- 1 whole Naan
- 2 Tablespoons Pizza Sauce
- 8 slices Roasted Red Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Goat Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- I recommend using garlic naan, but any kind works fine.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the top and then the red pepper slices.
- Crumble goat cheese over everything, then drizzle with honey.
- Trust me on this one, its good.
- You can, of course, substitute anything.
- These make great appetizers (cut in long, thin slices) or a nice meal.

- Basil pesto with portobello mushrooms, shallots and parmesan
- Bacon with minced chili peppers and cheddar
- Bacon, fig and bleu cheese
- Ham with dijon mustard, tomato and Swiss cheese
