Drunken Black Fruits

  1. Cut up the bigger fruit to be about 3 x as big as a sultana.
  2. Put in saucepan with liquids and heat thru on very low heat for 30 mins or so to concentrate the flavours.
  3. Let it cool, refrigerate and wait a few days (if you can).
  4. Eat either in a crepe with icecream, or in a meringue with heavy cream.
