Chinese Mixed Vegetables Recipe
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1/4" strips
- 1 med. onion, cut into 1/4" slices
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 3 celery stalks, cut diagonally, sm.
- 1/2 pound bok choy or possibly white cabbage, cut into 1/4" slices
- Heat oil in the wok.
- Add in all the vegetables and stir fry for 6 min.
- Serve at once sprinkled with sesame seeds.
