Beet Chutney With Walnuts Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees FTo roast the beets, place them in a pan with a little water, cover with tinfoil and bake for 45 to 60 min till tender.
  2. Cold, then peel and dice beets.
  3. Place in a bowl.
  4. In a skillet, saute/fry onions in extra virgin olive oil for 1 to 2 min.
  5. Add in to beets along with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Mix and adjust seasoning.
