how to prepare beef for carne asada tacos
- 2 lb thinly sliced beef roast
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 2 clove crushed garlic
- 1 salt to taste
- place all ingredients into a large ziplock bag and let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hrs turning at least once
- cook it on a bbq grill or indoor grill about 3-4 minutes on each side
- when done cooking, chop into small chunks and serve in heated tortilla with salsa chopped cilantro and chopped onion.
