Sambal Sweet Potato Puree

  1. Place cream and garlic in saucepan and on low heat, reduce the cream to 1 cup.
  2. Scoop out potato into a food processor.
  3. Puree and add cream, sambal, butter, salt and pepper.
  4. Check for seasoning.
  5. Keep warm for serving.
