Tasty Grilled Onigiri (Rice Balls) No. 7

  1. Add the ingredients to the rice, taking care not to mash the grains.
  2. Shape the rice into firmly packed triangular cakes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and cook both sides of the onigiri on medium heat until well cooked.
  4. Once both surfaces are crispy brown, drizzle men-tsuyu on top, immediately remove from heat, and serve.
