Tasty Grilled Onigiri (Rice Balls) No. 7
- 350 grams Plain cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 Scallions
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Mentsuyu (for seasoning)
- Add the ingredients to the rice, taking care not to mash the grains.
- Shape the rice into firmly packed triangular cakes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and cook both sides of the onigiri on medium heat until well cooked.
- Once both surfaces are crispy brown, drizzle men-tsuyu on top, immediately remove from heat, and serve.
